At this years Gold Coast Open Surf Comp in Burleigh Beach you can join a Yoga class with a BLACKROLL® twist!
On the mornings of February 18th & 19th at 6.30am the comp days will be kicked off with a feel good mobility class run by Movement Specialist and Yoga & Meditation teacher Jacqui-Maree Bailey.
The classes are open for visitors and competitors and will be a nice way to start the day no matter if you are an experienced movement enthusiast or never had anything to do with Yoga or similar activities.
