WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
Our return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or a change of item.
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship from Western Australia with Australia Post.
Standard shipping usually takes from 5-10 business days with Express Shipping taking from 2-6 business days (pending on local delays & busy seasons).
My order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 10 days please get in touch via email, phone or live chat and we will locate + solve any issues immidiately.
I have not received tracking information
Tracking information is sent from our fulfilment source "Keepspace". Please look for a confirmation email from Keepspace
