WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
Our return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or a change of item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship from Western Australia with Australia Post.
Standard shipping usually takes from 5-10 business days with Express Shipping taking from 2-6 business days (pending on local delays & busy seasons).

I have not received tracking information
