Free standard Shipping available for regular orders above $65.

Below $65 Standard or Express rates apply. Minimum shipping rate $11.90 for Standard or $15.99 for Express shipping.

Exact charge will be automatically calculated at check out based on your purchase.

For Wholesale Orders free shipping is available above $180 wholesale value. For Wholesale orders below $180 a fee of $11.90 applies. 

Delivery and Delivery Time

Deliveries are made to the customer’s delivery address. We are shipping from Perth, WA. Usually we are experiencing Standard deliveries to WA within 1- 3 days and to the Eastern States within 3-7 days. In rare cases, it can take up to 10 days especially to Australian rural areas. If an item is unavailable at the time, the delivery can take up to 14 days. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to not supply these goods due to unavailability. You will be informed about the situation immediately.

Australia Wide Express Shipping usually takes 1-5 days, depending on how far you are away from our Warehouse in Perth.

Tracking

As soon as the goods have dispatched you will be emailed a tracking link to the email you provided with your order. You usually receive the email with the tracking information one day after you have placed the order. The tracking email can come from BLACKROLL Australia or one of our 3rd party logistics suppliers. The tracking email will be sent to you from tracking@keepspace.com.au

Carrier

We are working with several national carriers, including Australia Post, TNT, Startrack and others. We are utilising the best matching carrier option for each individual order, depending on order size and weight and will always use the best value option at an adequate delivery speed.
