If you are not satisfied with any BLACKROLL® product you have purchased from this website, you may notify us within 20 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund and organise a free return shipping label so you do not have any out of pocket expenses!
To start the return process, please send us an email. We would like to know exactly why you are not happy, so we can take the feedback on board. One of our team members will then be in touch to advise the next steps. Please also include your order number with your email.
Returned products including packaging must be in "like new" condition when returned.
