Join Our Team – Part-Time Customer Success & Ops Support (Perth)

BLACKROLL® is a global leader in recovery and performance tools — trusted by athletes, teams, clinicians and everyday movers around the world. Our small team in Perth is looking for a motivated all-rounder to help us keep things running smoothly in Australia.

This role combines customer service and admin (processing orders, answering customer emails), with hands on variety — like helping out at events, preparing promo gear, or doing the occasional local delivery or other organisational tasks. If you’re organised, friendly, and love getting involved, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

  • Process online and retailer orders and keep our customers happy.

  • Respond to customer emails and provide great service.

  • Help with general admin

  • Help assess and process returned items (once a month at the warehouse).

  • Prepare event equipment: stock, promo setup, flyers, bundles.

  • Support events: setup, pack-down, and being on-site when needed.

  • Do the occasional local delivery.

  • Assist with occasional local errands and sourcing (e.g. picking up event supplies, print jobs, or small office equipment).

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Organised and detail-focused, with a willingness to learn.

  • Experience with Shopify or other online stores is a plus, but not essential if you pick things up quickly.

  • Driver’s licence (must-have).

  • Comfortable lifting boxes (up to ~20kg) and pitching in at events.

  • Someone motivated, reliable, and ideally connected to the sports/fitness community.

What’s on offer

  • $32–35/hr depending on experience.

  • Part-time role, approx. 15–20 hrs/week.

  • Daily work from Perth home office, with occasional warehouse/event/delivery tasks around Perth Metro.

Location: Perth, WA (home office + occasional warehouse + events)
Hours: Part-time, flexible, with occasional weekend event work
