Our RESET CREW needs Leaders!

An ACTIVATION LEAD will run BLACKROLL recovery stations at sporting events, community activations and exhibitions. Organise and run a BLACKROLL Recovery Station and help visitors experience our products, independently or with Support Crew. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• ABN, driver’s licence and a suitable vehicle.
• Receive, send and temporarily store equipment by arrangement.
• Reliability, practical organisation and confidence engaging with visitors and organisers.
• Full BLACKROLL activation training and support-role experience before leading independently.
• Suitable new candidates can start with a supported event.

• HYROX Events
• Sporting Events
• Expos
• Run clubs or similar community events
• Gyms 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate logistics with BLACKROLL and event organisers.
• Collect, transport, set up and pack down the kit.
• Welcome visitors and demonstrate compression boots, fascia tools, bands and other products using BLACKROLL guidance.
• Coordinate Support Crew and keep the station clean, charged, safe and welcoming.
• Check and return equipment, report faults and share a short event summary and approved hours.

The standard kit fits in two large BLACKROLL bags.

Some events include a 3 × 3 m marquee (165 × 35 × 35 cm packed).

Larger kits and crew are agreed in advance.

ONE RATE FOR ALL APPROVED WORK ($50 per hour)

Preparation, equipment collection and return, travel time, setup, event delivery and pack-down are paid at the standard rate.

Hours are agreed before each event; extra hours require approval.

Local vehicle use and fuel, generally within 50 km each way, are included. Pre-approved parking and tolls are reimbursed; longer journeys and unusual costs are agreed separately. Invoice per event, plus GST if applicable. No guaranteed hours; accept or decline individual assignments.
