Our RESET CREW needs capable humans!

Help us run BLACKROLL Recovery Stations at sporting events, community activations and exhibitions.

Work alongside an experienced Lead. Ideal for athletes, coaches, fitness students and people who enjoy meeting others.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help set up and pack down the station and branding.
• Welcome visitors, explain products and assist with demonstrations after induction.
• Help visitors use compression boots and other equipment according to BLACKROLL guidance.
• Refer questions to the Lead.
• Clean equipment between users, keep the station tidy and help manage visitor flow.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• ABN and preferably driver’s license. Your own vehicle Is not required.
• Reliability, friendly communication and an interest in sport, movement and recovery.
• Ability to help safely with equipment and be active during event shifts.
• Basic product and event induction. No previous BLACKROLL event experience required.

• Run clubs or similar community events

You will receive product guidance and work under a Lead. With experience and full activation training, suitable Support Crew can progress to Lead assignments.

ONE RATE FOR ALL APPROVED WORK ($35 per hour)

Preparation, equipment collection and return, travel time, setup, event delivery and pack-down are paid at the standard rate.

Hours are agreed before each event; extra hours require approval.

Local vehicle use and fuel, generally within 50 km each way, are included. Pre-approved parking and tolls are reimbursed; longer journeys and unusual costs are agreed separately. Invoice per event, plus GST if applicable. No guaranteed hours; accept or decline individual assignments.
