The partnership is already coming to life in Australia. Following BLACKROLL activations at HYROX Sydney and Perth, the new global partnership will take this much further — making recovery a more integrated part of how HYROX athletes prepare, perform, reset and go again.

More than a race-day partnership
BLACKROLL and HYROX are developing a scalable approach to recovery that extends beyond products at events.
This includes BLACKROLL Recovery Zones - The Reset Zone, pre-race mobility and activation, structured post-race recovery, education and digital support. Over time, the concept will also extend into HYROX training environments — bringing recovery closer to athletes as part of their everyday training.
The goal is simple: make effective recovery easier to understand, access and integrate into an athlete's routine.
Already happening in Australia
At HYROX Sydney, BLACKROLL equipment formed part of the Recovery Station, giving athletes access to rollers, massage balls, Fascia Guns and Compression Boots after racing.
At HYROX Perth, the focus shifted to preparation, with BLACKROLL integrated into the Warm-Up Zone to support athletes before they stepped onto the race floor.
Together, the two activations demonstrated both sides of the performance journey: prepare to perform, then reset to go again.
And this is just the beginning.
As the partnership develops, BLACKROLL will continue to support the growing HYROX community across Australia and New Zealand — through events, education and the everyday training and recovery journey.
