My gym buddy showed it to me and let me try it out. I was impressed and asked her where she got it; she gave me the website address to order it. Since then I use it every day, 10-15 minutes. It helps relieve my aching feet and right knee. It's so light, I carry it around in my handbag.

Seems pretty good, took me hours to find something like this so very happy when I did. Had been using a bottle and knew someone must make this. So finding it was great. The wrist I really wanted it for is v inflamed at the moment so it doesn't like the product yet. But a normal wrist like my other likes it. It's a good item

I was introduced to the Blackroll Mini at my first Bowen Therapist conference in Melbourne in November 2019. I bought one for myself and now continue to use it in my business. I recommend the Mini to everyone as it is so versatile. Great for rolling the soles of your feet at the beginning and end of the day. Especially after a dancing class. Plus it can be used to relieve tight back and neck muscles or anywhere you feel pain. I am only a small business, but I would say at least 1 out of every 2 clients purchase a Blackroll mini from me.

This is a fantastic roller. I bought initially for bushwalking as it's small and light weight for the backpack, but I'm using it more than my regular size roller at home. Great for trigger points and releasing hip flexors. Low cost, get one of these you won't regret it.
